When buying real estate, the seller will be responsible to pay the commission to the agent. In other words, all of the property viewings, calls, meetings, and so much more, are at no cost to you, the buyer.
Typically, the seller will pay for a pest and retrofit inspection (if it’s in Chico). The buyers will pay for the home inspection and appraisal. Some transaction may have other inspection needed and everything is negotiable.
